$250 per weekend (Check in on Fri and out on Sun)
$400 per Holiday weekend (3 nights)
$650 per week
There will be a 10% state and local lodging tax added to the above rates.
CLEANING FEES: (additional to rates)
$100.00 for up to 4 people/ weekend (up to 3 nights). $10.00/ person over 4.
$125.00 for up to 4 people/week (4-7 nights). $20.00/ person over 4.
OTHER FEES:
SECURITY DEPOSIT of 200.00 is required with each reservation.
NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE CABIN.
NO SMOKING IN CABIN.
50% of rental fees are required for reservations.
